The H.O. Bostrom Pacifica HB Deluxe Pilot Chair with floor slide is a heavy duty seat that provides excellent operator ergonomics. The High Back Deluxe Pilot Chair is designed as a comfortable helmsman, bridge or wheelhouse seat for use over extended periods. The internal serpentine spring system provides shock isolation and eliminates bottoming out while seated.

The floor slide optimises installation space and gives improved usability for various tasks. Floor slide sections are available in 610 mm (24") and 914 mm (36") lengths that can be combined to extend the slide range as required. The stainless steel, roller-action floor slide has a quick release adjustment lever that can be operated while seated. The fold-up footrest has an excellent grip surface and is lever adjustable in 25mm (1”) increments.

The HB Deluxe Pilot Chair features a high-density, moulded and contoured foam seat for increased comfort, including built-in lumbar support and padded armrests. The foam seat padding is formulated to seal out water and is non-absorbing for improved comfort and longer life in maritime environments. The seat upholstery is marine-rated, mildew-resistant vinyl for long life and improved appearance.

The H.O. Bostrom design team has extensive experience of developing high performance ergonomic seating with in house engineering, fabrication, and assembly. The five-step marine grade finish ensures that metal components are pre-treated, E-Coated and finished with a TGIC powder coat for corrosion protection. The multi-finish system has passed an independent 1000 hour salt spray test. H.O Bostrom seats are ABS Certified to IMO specifications of High Speed Code, Annex 10.
